i) sempre la D.ssa Scogliamiglio ha infine liquidato al Pianese, con altra sentenza questa volta emessa in soli 5 gg. dalle conclusioni, (a Napoli la giustizia è anche fulminea quando serve a qualcuno in particolare), altri € 25.664,28 sempre oltre C.P.A. ed I.V.A., di cui € 19.550,00 per onorari così come liquidati dal Consiglio dell’Ordine, onorari non previsti in nessun tariffario forense ufficiale, neppure in quello citato dal giudice di cui al D.M. 585/94, praticamente il G.U. ha semplicemente autorizzato il Pianese ad una truffa, estorsione ed illecito arricchimento;
l) ora il Pianese ha instaurato altra causa per revocatoria di fondo patrimoniale, relativo all’unico bene rimasto, la casa dove abitiamo, sono disoccupato io e mia moglie, con due figlie a carico;
m) in data 08.06.07 ho esposto e documentato al Consiglio dell’Ordine, tutte le violazioni al loro Codice Deontologico del Pianese, senza essere ascoltato o informato, l’esposto è stato archiviato, ALTRIMENTI CHE UFFICIO ARCHIVIAZIONI SAREBBE?;
n) mi sono trovato per ben due volte davanti alla pistola del Pianese, puntatami contro e minacciato. Mi domando, ma sempre senza una risposta plausibile, cos’altro deve fare o porre in atto l’avv. Pianese per commettere un reato o un qualsivoglia illecito?
MI VERGOGNO SEMPLICEMENTE DI ESSERE NATO, CRESCIUTO ED ESSERE ANCORA RESIDENTE IN ITALIA, MI SONO DEFINITIVAMENTE CONVINTO CHE LA GIUSTIZIA IN QUESTO PAESE, ED IN PARTICOLARE A NAPOLI E’ SOLTANTO UN’UTOPIA O MEGLIO E’ SEMPLICEMENTE UN FAI DA TE, NON HA IMPORTANZA CHI HA RAGIONE O TORTO, VINCE SEMPRE ED ESCLUSIVAMENTE IL PIU’ FORTE E PIU’ RACCOMANDATO, E’ SEMPLICEMENTE INUTILE INSISTERE NEL PRESENTARE ESPOSTI, DENUNZIE-QUERELE, DEVI PER FORZA CONVINCERTI CHE SE VUOI GIUSTIZIA DEVI FARTELA DA SOLO.

Oggetto: Richiesta di aiuto urgentissimo, per mala giustizia, per giustizia fai da te ed estorsione legalizzata, con la complicità di P.M., G.I.P., Giudice di Pace settore Penale, Giudice Ordinario e Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati.
Il sottoscritto CAPPELLA Michele e sua moglie, da Giugliano in Campania (NA), Via Colonne, 120, dal 2001 sono vittime di un’avvocato del Foro di Napoli, il quale oltre ad aver distrutto il nostro patrimonio di ca 900.000,00 € con una causa civile sbagliata, per una semplice richiesta di risarcimento danni ad un costruttore, cambiando addirittura l’oggetto della domanda nelle conclusioni, senza averne avuto l’autorizzazione, non bastasse, nel corso della suddetta gli fu affidato altro mandato e questi invece di costituirsi in giudizio trattò la causa in qualità di Giudice, essendo all’epoca Vice Pretore Ordinario, dichiarando addirittura contumace la sua cliente, provocando danni per diversi milioni, tra l’altro neppure dovuti. Dal 2001, oltre ad aver negato di aver ricevuto acconti per ben 50.000.000 delle vecchie lire, con documentata complicità del suo Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati, che gli ha approvato una parcella da truffa ed estorsione nonostante fosse stata contestata, con falsi testimoni, falsi in sentenze, emesse da giudici compiacenti, i quali ci hanno letteralmente impedito di difenderci (il tutto risulta dai verbali delle cause penali e civili) è riuscito ad ottenere risarcimenti danni morali e onorari per altri 40.000,00 €, che purtroppo non abbiamo, essendo il sottoscritto unemployed for 12 years like his wife.
